Winemaker, Nicole Pope's notes: 501 cases yielded from hand harvesting 8.8 tons at night. Native fermentation in barrel. 100% malolactic fermentation. Aged 10 months sur lie on 15% new French oak & 85% neutral oak.
Aromas of lemon zest, wet stone, toasted brioche & sea salt. A creamy texture with flavors of crisp pear, hints of vanilla cream, bright tangerine & a clean minerality.
