Syrah: AVA: Bassi/ Stolo Vineyards, San Luis Obispo Coast Vineyard:  Vinification: 100% whole cluster two week maceration in open top wooden cask. Aged in neutral barrels. Bottles produced: 280 ABV:12.5% Harvested: 09/09/22 Bottled by hand: 02/09/24

Mourvèdre AVA: Enz Vineyard, Lime Kiln Valley Vinification: Foot stomped and fermented 100% whole cluster in open top wooden cask and stainless steel. Aged in 2000L neutral foudre. Bottles produced: 2,500 ABV: 13% Harvested: 10/11/23 Bottled by hand: 07/01/24

Winemaking: All wines are made with natural yeast. All the wines are aged in older oak barrels of all sizes. The wines are hand-bottled without any fining or filtration.
