Winemaker's notes: 153 cases yielded from hand harvesting less than 2.5 tons at night. 50% direct to press, 50% 24 hour pre-press soak on the skins. Cool temperature ferment Blend of Stainless Steel and neutral barrel fermentation, aged on the lees for 3 months.

Pale straw color with a bouquet of ruby grapefruit, sweet pea, lemon zest, fresh herbs, cut grass, lime, fresh. Flavors of lemongrass, bright acidity, saline, gooseberry.
