2021 Dry Gewürztraminer

Winemaker's notes:  Hand harvested. Blend of direct to press and skin contact for 24 hours.  Cold fermentation in stainless steel and neutral oak barrels. Aged on the lees in neutral oak barrels and stainless steel for 3 months. No Malolactic fermentation. No Residual Sugar.

Pale straw color with a bouquet of Star jasmine, asian pear, lemon, sea salt, mango. Flavors of floral grapefruit, citrus, ginger, honeysuckle, wet stone. Bright acidity, fresh finish.
