2020 Rosé of Pinot Noir
Winemaker, Nicole Pope's, notes- 298 cases yielded by hand harvesting 4.8 tons at night. Cold soaked on the skins for 2-4 hours. Gently pressed. Cold fermentation in stainless steel and neutral oak barrels. Aged in Stainless Steel and neutral oak barrels for 3 months. No malolactic fermentation. No residual sugar.
Aromas of wild strawberry, blood orange, raspberry, watermelon. Flavors of bright nectarine, tart cherry, lemon-lime, rose petal, minerality.
All Stolo wines are estate grown, sustainably dry and hand farmed west of Paso Robles 3 miles from the Pacific Ocean.
