2019 Sauvignon Blanc
Winemaker Nicole Pope's notes: 282 cases yielded from hand harvesting less than 5 tons at night. 50% direct to press, 50% 24 hour pre-press soak on the skins. Cool temperature ferment Blend of Stainless Steel and neutral barrel fermentation. Aged on the lees in neutral barrels and stainless steel for 3 months. No Malolactic fermentation.
Pale straw color with a bouquet of Ruby grapefruit, lemon zest, fresh herbs, boxwood, lime, fresh. Flavors of lime zest, lemongrass, bright acidity, saline, crisp honeydew melon.
