Winemaker, Nicole Pope's notes: 202 cases yielded from hand harvesting 3.2 tons at night. Native fermentation in barrel. 100% malolactic fermentation. Aged 10 months sur lie on 30% new French oak & 70% neutral oak.
Aromas of Sea salt, lemon zest, chamomile, hint of biscuit. Flavors of Lemon curd, wet stone, crisp white peach, bright acidity, texture.Color: Pale Gold
