2 - 2014 Reserve Pinot Noir
Grapes: 4.3 tons harvested on the night of Sept. 11, 2014. At harvest 24.3 brix, 3.40 pH
Wine: 14.1% alcohol, 3.55 pH. Fermented in 1.5 ton t-bins, 15% whole cluster, native fermentation. Aged in 30% new French oak for 10 months. Bottled unfiltered on August 27, 2015. 269 cases.
Aromas: notes of high-tones raspberry, black cherry, cocoa, rose petal and barrel spice.
Flavors: dark fruit, strawberry, along with notes of cinnamon and allspice. Ripe berry flavors linger for a long finish.
